WHEREAS, on the 8th day of May, 2020 Robin Dowdy executed a Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-GREENBRIAR, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Trust Deed Book 2020 Page 10864, 4 pages recorded, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and HL&C- GREENBRIAR, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 31st day of August, 2022, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 A.M. o’clock and 4:00 P.M. o’clock, at the front door steps of the Pearl River County Courthouse of Poplarville, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
139 Lilac Drive, Picayune, MS 39466
Lot 16, Block J, Greenbriar Park Subdivision, as per official plat of said subdivision of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi.
ALSO: One (1) 1973 LAKE PARK 14 x 65 Mobile Home Serial# 752 PPIN# 28032
I will convey only such title as vested in me as such Trustee.
