TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF DEBBIE LYNN PARDUE DALE, DECEASED.
You have been made Defendants in the First and Final Accounting and Motion to Close Estate filed in this Court by Stacy Temple, Elizabeth Davis, Waynette McArthur, Lasha Wheat and Casey Davis seeking to have the Court adjudicate the sole and only heirs-at-law of Debbie Lynn Pardue Dale, and Benjamin Pardue, deceased.
Defendants other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 9th day of January, 2023, in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County at Poplarville, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
