NOTICE TO CREDITORS
TO THE CREDITORS OF JOYCE J. SLAUGHTER, DECEASED, AND BAXTER W. SLAUGHTER, DECEASED:
Letters of Administration C.T.A. having been granted by the Chancery Court of Pearl River County, Mississippi, on the 11th day of May A.D., 2023, to the undersigned upon the Estates of Joyce J. Slaughter, deceased, and Baxter W. Slaughter, deceased, in Civil Action Number 23-PR-118-CS, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice to Creditors. A failure to probate and register claims within said time will operate to forever bar such said claims.
