NOTICE TO CREDITORS
An order recognizing the Petitioner as personal representative having been signed on the 30th day of April, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Pearl River County regarding the Estate of Augustine E. Mofield, deceased, Cause No. 55CH1:26-pr-00118-CS, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
