TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DOROTHY JEAN ELLIS, DECEASED
You have been made a Defendant in the petition filed in this Court by Kendra Guy, Steven Ellis, Terry Manning, Cathy Ellis-Settle, Felicia Baker, Leslie Smith, Claudia Ducksworth and Jerry Ellis seeking to have the Court adjudicate them as the sole and only heir-at-law Dorothy Jean Ellis., deceased.
Defendants other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 17th day of August, 2026 in the Chancery Courtroom of Perry County, at New Augusta, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
