TO:   ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF PATRICIA F. JEFFERSON WILLIAMS, LULA MAE JEFFERSON AND ROOSEVELT JEFFERSON, DECEDENTS, AND ALL PERSON(S) AND/OR ENTITIES NAMED IN THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE DECEDENT DATED JULY 18, 2002, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by SHANDA D. WILLIAMS, Petitioner, seeking Determination of Heirs of PATRICIA F. JEFFERSON WILLIAMS, LULA MAE JEFFERSON AND ROOSEVELT JEFFERSON, Decedents, also seeking to probate in solemn form the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, PATRICIA F. JEFFERSON WILLIAMS, dated July 18, 2002.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 20th day of April, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County, 100 South Main Street, Poplarville, MS 39470, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
