You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by DUSTYN FRANKLIN, Petitioner, seeking Determination of Heirs of JERRY J. STOCKSTILL, MARILYN Y. STOCKSTILL, SHAWN R. STOCKSTILL AND JERRY ANTHONY STOCKSTILL, Decedents.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 20th day of April, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County, 100 South Main St. Poplarville, Ms. 39470 , and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition.
