PUBLIC NOTICE
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF PEARL RIVER
SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 18th day of December, 2013, RICHARD N. CERDA executed a Land Deed of Trust unto Mark Gibson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-WOLF RIDGE, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi, in Land Deed Trust Book 1641, Page 321 thru 324, 4 pages recorded; and
WHEREAS, H L & C – WOLF RIDGE, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, substituted trustee by Instrument Number 2026001361 dated February 9, 2026, and found of record in Book 2026, Page 1361, in the aforesaid office, therefore appointing Joshua W. Closson as Substituted Trustee, in place and stead of MARK GIBSON, the original Trustee in said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and H L & C – WOLF RIDGE, LLC, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee so to do, I will on the 24th day of March, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 a.m. o`clock and 4:00 p.m. o`clock, at the East front door of the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 100 South Main Street in Poplarville, MS 39470, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 25 of Wolf Ridge Subdivision located in Section 5, Township 3 South Range 14 West, according to the official plat of said Subdivision on file and of record on Slides B 87 – 89 in the office of the chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi. PPIN# 47326
I will convey only such title as vested in me as such Substituted Trustee.
