IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF PEARL RIVER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
IN THE MATTER OF THE TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS OF ANGEL PORCHE, A MINOR
CAUSE NO. 26-AD-04-M

TO: ALEXANDER PORCHE, whose present street address, post office address, and residence are unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made a Defendant in the Petition filed in this Court by KESSLAR BEVERLY, seeking termination of your parental rights to the minor child, ANGEL PORCHE.
You are required to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at o’clock 9 a.m. on the 13 day of April, 2026, in the courtroom of the Pearl River County Chancery Court located at 100 S Main St, Poplarville Mississippi 39470. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you must appear at the time and place stated above.
