IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF PEARL RIVER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
IN THE MATTER OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JAMES DARWIN WHEAT (DECEASED)
CAUSE NO. 26-pr-38-SM
EXECUTOR’S NOTICE
TO THE CREDITORS OF JAMES DARWIN WHEAT:
Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 23rd day of February, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Pearl River County, Mississippi, in Cause No. 26-pr-38-SM to the undersigned upon the Estate of James Darwin Wheat, deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice on March 11, 2026, or the claims will ever be barred.
