TO: Respondent, John Chad McCraney, who is not to be found in the State of Mississippi on diligent inquiry, and whose last known post office address is 25 Cherry Drive, Carriere, MS 39426, and no other post office address is known to Petitioners after diligent inquiry by Petitioner, the Pearl River County Department of Child Protection Services;
You have been made Respondents in the suit filed in this Court by the Pearl River County Department of Child Protection Services by Andrea A. Sanders, Commissioner of MS Department of Child Protection Services and R.S.M., minor, seeking to terminate your parental rights as those rights relate to said minor and demanding that the full custody, control and authority to act on behalf of said minor be placed with the Pearl River County Department of Child Protection Services.
YOU ARE SUMMONED TO APPEAR AND DEFEND AGAINST THE PETITION FILED AGAINST YOU IN THIS ACTION AT 9:00 A.M. ON THE 7th DAY OF APRIL 2026 IN THE COUNTY COURT OF PEARL RIVER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, YOUTH COURT DIVISION, AT THE PEARL RIVER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 100 SOUTH MAIN STREET, POPLARVILLE, MISSISSIPPI 39470, AND IN CASE OF YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND, A JUDGMENT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION; INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS.
