LESS AND EXCEPT a 50 foot road right-of-way that crosses the property. Said property is also known as Lot Nos. 10 and 11 of the unrecorded plat of Richardson Ridge Development.
The above described property being assessed by the Pearl River County Tax Assessor as Parcel No. 5177350000006122 and further identified as PPIN 34065.
You have been made a Defendant in the petition filed in this Court by Rene Landaverde and Ligia Maria Landeverde, the Plaintiff, seeking Complaint to Confirm Tax Title.
You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to the Attorney for the Plaintiff, James L. Gray, 101 E. Canal St., Ste. E, Post Office Box 1682, Picayune, Mississippi 39466.
