NOTICE TO BIDDERS

STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF PEARL RIVER

The Pearl River County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids in the office of the County Administrator, 109 West Pearl Street, Poplarville, Mississippi 39470 or bids may be submitted electronically to lfowler@pearlrivercounty.net until 10:00 A.M., April 14, 2026 and thereafter publicly open for a new LPR (License Plate Reader) camera system containing stationary LPR camera units for the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office with the potential to add units as necessary.
The system will initially be placed at the following locations:
1. Interstate 59, northbound and southbound, near exit 1. (South end of County)
2. At the intersection of Hwy 26 and Hwy 43 aka Crossroads (West end of County)
3. Interstate 59 Mile Marker 39.5 Overpass (North end of County)
4. Hwy 53 at Barth Road (East end of County)
