TO: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF PEGGY DOXTATER, DECEASED, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY TO ASCERTAIN THE SAME

You have been made a Defendant in a suit filed in this Court by Gerald R. Hall, Jr., Administrator, seeking determination of heirs of Peggy Doxtater, Deceased.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 11th day of May, A.D., 2026, in the Lamar County Chancery Court Building, in Purvis, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the Petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
