TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF ANNIE M. HEDGEPETH, DECEDENTS, AND ALL PERSON(S) AND/OR ENTITIES NAMED IN THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE DECEDENT DATED April 13, 2018, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by KIMBERLY A. HEDGEPETH JOHNSON, Petitioner, seeking Determination of Heirs of ANNIE M. HEDGEPETH, Decedents, also seeking to probate in solemn form the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, PATRICIA F. JEFFERSON WILLIAMS, dated April 13, 2018.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 11th day of May, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Lamar County, 403 Main Street, Purvis, MS 39475, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
