TO: The Unknown Heirs and/or Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Dustin Hans Fried, whose present residences and addresses are unknown.
YOU ARE SUMMONED to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Wrongful Death Beneficiaries and for Approval of Settlement in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of June, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Lamar County Courthouse in Purvis, Mississippi, before the Honorable Sheila Smallwood, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
