TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF EVELYN D. SMITH, DECEDENT, AND WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE PROBATE OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE DECEDENT DATED JUNE 5, 2020, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by KANE A. SMITH, Petitioner, seeking Determination of Heirs of EVELYN D. SMITH Decedent, and also seeking to probate in solemn form the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, EVELYN D. SMITH, dated June 5, 2020.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 26th day of May, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Lamar County, 403 Main St. Purvis, Ms. 39475, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
