HUDERSON, DECEDENTS, AND WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE PROBATE OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE DECEDENT DATED JULY 3, 2017, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by MARY CROOKS, Petitioner, seeking Determination of Heirs of VIVIAN E. WASHINGTON, ROBERT LEE WASHINGTON, JOHN EDWARD WASHINGTON, TELVIN HARDEN, AND ROBIN D. HUDERSON, Decedents, and also seeking to probate in solemn form the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, VIVIAN E. WASHINGTON, dated July 3, 2017.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 13th day of May, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County, 100 South Main St. Poplarville, Ms. 39470 , and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
