TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF MAVIS M. HUNGERFORD and CRAIG J. GUILLOT, both deceased
You have been made Defendants in the petition filed in this Court by Debra A. Blanco, Melanie M. Thome, William J. Guillot and Monica A. English seeking to have the Court adjudicate the sole and only heirs-at-law of Mavis AM. Hungerford and Craig J. Guillot, both deceased.
Defendants other than you in this action are Kalthleen M. Kern.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 11th day of May, 2026, in the Chancery courtroom of Lamar County, Mississippi at Purvis, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
