You have been made a Defendant to the Petition for Adoption filed by Petitioners, MICHAEL TREY KERRY AND KELSEY ALEXIS KERRY.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the relief sought in the Petition filed in this action at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, before the Honorable Chase Ford Morgan at the Marion County Chancery Courthouse in Columbia, Mississippi.
In the case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered for the relief or other things demanded in the Motion.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
