TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JAMES D. RAINEY, DECEASED
You have been made a Defendant to the Petition to Adjudicate Heirs filed in the above styled action in this Court by JAMES D. RAINEY.
You are hereby notified that a hearing will be held on this Petition before the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 9 a.m. on the 9th day of June 2026 or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard in the courtroom of the Pearl River County Chancery courthouse at 109 West Pearl Street, Poplarville, Mississippi, 39470
You are directed to appear and show cause, if any, why the relief sought in the Petition should not be granted. Your failure to appear may result in a judgment or order by default granting the relief sought in the Petition.
