UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOANN GRAHAM, DECEASED
UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SUSAN KAY MAGERS, DECEASED

You have been made Defendants in the petition filed in this Court by Donna Magers Wheeler, Vicki Lynn Magers Miller and DeAnna Lynn Henley to have the Court adjudicate the sole and only heirs-at-law of Burton John Banker, Jr., deceased.

Defendants other than you in this action are none.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 15th day of June, 2026, in the courtroom of the Pearl River County Chancery Building at Poplarville, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
