Deceased, whose present residence and address is unknown. You have been made a Defendant in the lawsuit filed in this Court by VICTORIA R. WETZLER, Administratrix.
NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: The Complaint or Petition to Establish Heirs is important and you must take immediate action to protect your rights.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Complaint or Petition at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026, in the Courtroom of the Pearl River County Chancery Courthouse in Poplarville, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a Judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
