TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on the 9th day of March, 2023, CHAD ROIG executed a Land Deed of Trust to Josh Closson, Trustee for the benefit of H L & C – GREENBRIAR, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed Trust Book as instrument number 2023-003213, Book 2023, Page 3213, 4 pages recorded, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, State of Mississippi.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and H L & C –GREENBRIAR, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 28th day of May, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 A.M. o’clock and 4:00 P.M. o’clock, at the East front door steps of the Pearl River County Chancery Court, at 100 S. Main Street, Poplarville, Mississippi 39470, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

Lots 9 and 10, Block P, GREENBRIAR PARK SUBDIVISION, as per official map or plat of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, State of Mississippi. Section 39, Township 6S, Range 17W. PPIN # 28087

I will convey only such title as vested in me as such Trustee.
