THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: UNKNOWN CREDITORS or any UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW, or ANY INTERESTED PERSON OR ENTITY having any claim of any type against or regarding the estate of MARLENE TAYLOR TEVLOWITZ, DECEASED
ADMINISTRATRIX OLGA WHITE has filed a MOTION TO APPROVE FINAL INVENTORY AND TO CLOSE ESTATE OF MARLENE TAYLOR TEVLOWITZ, DECEASED. If you have any interest in this estate, or any claim against it, you are summoned to appear and assert your claims against any allegations made in the said Motion, or against any issue raised in any pleadings filed in this matter, including, but not limited to the allegation that all creditors and heirs have been previously identified and contacted. The final hearing in this estate matter will occur at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 18 day of June, 2026, in the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, at 403 Main Street, Purvis, Mississippi before the Hon. Judge Sheldon. In case of your failure to appear, you will lose any claim to this estate.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
