TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of March, 2021, HANI H. BARAKAT executed a Land Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-CARRIERE, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Land Deed of Trust was recorded on the 26th day of July, 2021, in Deed Trust Book 2021, Page 8132, 4 pages recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and HL&C-CARRIERE, LLC, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested Joshua W. Closson, the undersigned Trustee, so to do, I will on the 10th day of June, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 a.m. o’clock and 4:00 p.m. o’clock, at the East front door of the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 100 S Main Street, in Poplarville, Mississippi 39470, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 82, Unit 1, ANCHOR LAKE SUBDIVISION, as per official plat of said subdivision of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi.
ALSO: One (1) 1969 FRONTIER Mobile Home Serial# 9604861F. PPIN# 14279
I will convey only such title as vested in me as Trustee.
