PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, on 02/06/2001, GARY L. GLEDHILL AND CAROL GLEDHILL executed a Promissory Note payable to the order of OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Promissory Note was secured by a Deed of Trust dated 02/06/2001, executed by GARY L. GLEDHILL AND WIFE, CAROL GLEDHILL and being recorded on 02/14/2001 in Book 909, Page 1 of the records of the Pearl River County, State of Mississippi; and which aforesaid Instrument conveys to LEM ADAMS III, Trustee and to OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, as Beneficiary, the hereinafter described property; and
WHEREAS, WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2001-B, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2001-B, assigned said Deed of Trust to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2001-B, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2001-B via an instrument filed of record on August 5, 2013 as Document No. 201307580, in Book 1626, and at Page 719 in the office of the Clerk of the Pearl River County, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2001-B, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2001-B appointed WESTERN PROGRESSIVE - MISSISSIPPI, INC., as Substitute Trustee in the place of the aforementioned original Trustee via an instrument dated 04/28/2026 and recorded on 04/30/2026 in Book 2026, Page 4006 as Document No. 2026004006 of the records of the Pearl River County, State of Mississippi and
WHEREAS, default having occurred under the terms and conditions of said Promissory Note and Deed of Trust and the holder having declared the entire balance due and payable; and
WHEREAS, Western Progressive - Mississippi, Inc., the Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust will on 06/10/2026, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., offer for sale and will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the East Door, Pearl River County Courthouse, 200 South Main Street, Poplarville, MS 39470, the following described property located and situated in Pearl River County, Mississippi, to wit:

As the undersigned Substituted Trustee, Western Progressive - Mississippi, Inc, will convey only such title as is vested in it under said Deed of Trust.
