TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JAMES MICHAEL SPAIN JR., Deceased, all of whose names, post office addresses, street addresses, and places of residence are unknown after diligent search and inquiry
You have been made a Defendant named in the MOTION TO DETERMINE HEIRS, filed in this Court for determination of heirs of JAMES MICHAEL SPAIN JR., seeking to have his children, AJS and JMS III, declared to be the heirs-at-law of JAMES MICHAEL SPAIN JR., Deceased, who died on December 15, 2025, a resident of Pearl River County, Mississippi, and for other relief requested in the Petition. Defendants other than you in this action are any unknown heirs-at-law or next of kin of the JAMES MICHAEL SPAIN JR.
NOTICE TO DEFENDANT OF HEARING
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action in the Forrest County Chancery Court located at Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39401 at 9:00 am, on July 16, 2026, before the Honorable Rhea H. Sheldon, Chancellor, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
