SUMMONS
THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LUCY FOSTER a/k/a LUCY DAVIS PRESTON, DECEASED
You have been made Defendants in the Petition filed in this Court by Daniel Washington, Lynette Washington Graves, Gennalla Washington, Gracie Washington Bounds, Charles Washington, George Washington McCrary, III and Eboney Washington seeking to have the Court adjudicate them as the sole and only heirs at law of Lucy Foster, also known as Lucy Davis Preston, deceased. Defendants other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 21st day of July, 2026 in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County, at Poplarville and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
