Beginning at a point that is 747.38 feet North and 326.43 feet East of the of the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 4 South, Range 16 West in Pearl River County, Mississippi, said point being on the East margin of a 50.00 foot public road, said point also being the common corner of Lots 29 and 30 of Ruston Farms North; thence South 78 degrees 14 minutes 22 seconds East along the North boundary of Lot 29 a distance of 352.50 feet; thence South 11 degrees 14 minutes 36 seconds West 238.24 feet; thence North 89 degrees 45 minutes 22 seconds West along the South boundary of Lot 28 for a distance of 299.92 feet to the East margin of said 50.00 foot public road; thence North 00 degrees 14 minutes 18 seconds East along the said East margin a distance of 304.28 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.00 acres, more or less and being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 4 South Range 16 West, Pearl River County, Mississippi, as per undated survey of Bobby Kelly, Registered Land Surveyor of the State of Mississippi. Said parcel being also identified as Tax Parcel No. 4169300000003516 and further identified as PPIN 34027.

Beginning at a point that is 747.38 feet North and 326.43 feet East of the of the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 4 South, Range 16 West in Pearl River County, Mississippi, said point being on the East margin of a 50.00 foot public road, said point also being the common corner of Lots 28 and 29 of Ruston Farms North; thence North 00 degrees 14 minutes 18 seconds East along the said East margin for a distance of 136.77 feet to the P.C. curve to the right having a radius of 56.67 feet; thence Northerly and Northwesterly along the arc of said curve for a distance of 100.41 feet to the P.T.; thence South 78 degrees 14 minutes 22 seconds East along the South margin of said road for a distance of 184.28 feet; thence South 11 degrees 45 minutes 38 seconds West 202.00 feet to the North boundary of Lot of said Ruston Farms North; thence North 78 degrees 14 minutes 22 seconds West along said North boundary of Lot 29 for a distance of 212.49 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.00 acres, more or less, and being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 4 South Range 16 West, Pearl River County, Mississippi. Said parcel being described as Lot 30 of the unrecorded plat of Ruston Farms North. Said parcel being also identified as Tax Parcel No. 4169300000003504 and further identified as PPIN 28580.
You have been made a Defendant in the Petition filed in this Court by Kenneth R. Stewart, the Petitioner, seeking to CONFIRM TAX TITLE. Defendants other than you are County of Pearl River, State of Mississippi, Hal Kitrell, District Attorney, and Louvenia Doucette..
