TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of June, 2025, RANDY T. FORSCHLER executed a Land Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-LAURA VILLA, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Land Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Trust Deed Book 2026, Page 1824, 4 pages recorded, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and HL&C-LAURA VILLA, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 18th day of June, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 A.M. o’clock and 4:00 P.M. o’clock, at the East front door steps of the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 100 S. Main Street, Poplarville, Mississippi 39470, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

Lot 3, Square 6, LAURA VILLA-EAST SUBDIVISION, as per official map or plat on record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi.
ALSO: ONE (1) 1996 Home of Legend 14 x 56 Mobile Home

I will convey only such title as vested in me as such Trustee.
