TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of November, 2022, JESSICA M. HORNER, executed a Land Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-LAURA VILLA, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Land Deed of Trust was recorded on the 16th day of November, 2023, in Deed Trust Book 2023, Page 10432, 4 pages recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, State of Mississippi.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Land Deed of Trust and HL&C-LAURA VILLA, LLC, the holder of the Note and Land Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 1st day of July, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 a.m. o’clock and 4:00 p.m. o’clock, at the East front door of the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 100 South Main St., in Poplarville, Mississippi 39470, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
141 Eloise Street
Lot 22, Square 5, LAURA VILLA-EAST SUBDIVISION, as per official map or plat on record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi.
ALSO: ONE (1) 1996 Destiny Omni 16 X 80 Mobile Home Serial #50694.
I will convey only such title as vested in me as Trustee.
