STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF PEARL RIVER
TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of February, 2022, TRAVIS W. McARTHUR and KELLY L. McKEE executed a Land Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-PEARL RIVER, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Land Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Trust Deed Book 2022, Page 10694, 4 pages recorded, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and HL&C-PEARL RIVER, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 1st day of July, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 A.M. o’clock and 4:00 P.M. o’clock, at the East front door steps of the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 100 S. Main Street, Poplarville, Mississippi 39470, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
220 Lee Town Road
One (1) acre in the form of a square in the Northwest Corner of Government Lot 15, Section 2, Township 1 South, Range 14 West, Pearl River County, Mississippi, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Government Lot 15, Section 2, Township 1 South, Range 14 West, thence run East 209 feet, thence run South 209 feet, thence run West 209 feet to the West line of said Government Lot 15, thence run North along the west line of said Government Lot 15, 209 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing one (1) acre, more or less, and being in the Northwest Corner of Government Lot 15, Section 2, Township 1 South; Range 14 West, Pearl River County, Mississippi. I will convey only such title as vested in me as such Trustee.
