TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of December, 2024, SANDRA G. HOLT executed a Land Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of H L & C – SALEM, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed Trust Book 2025, Page 1208, 5 pages, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and H L & C – SALEM, LLC, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 8th day of July, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 a.m. o`clock and 4:00 p.m. o`clock, at the East front door of the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 100 S.
