You have been made Defendants in the petition filed in this Court by Charmaine Cagler, Billy Jean Shaw, Clifford J. Breland, Daniel Davis, Jr., Michael Davies. William Davis and Amber Davis Whitted seeking to have the Court adjudicate the sole and only heirs-at-law of Willie Clifford Breland, Earnestine Breland and Charlotta Davis, both deceased..
Defendants other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 27th day of July, 2026 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County, Mississippi, at Poplarville, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
