Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 5 South, Range 17 West, Pearl River County, Mississippi; thence North 672.45 feet; thence West 585.93 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 39 seconds West 205.50 feet along a fence; thence North 00 degrees 34 minutes 40 seconds West 500.82 feet to the South right-of-way of Highway 43; thence South 76 degrees 24 minutes 28 seconds East 216.61 feet along said right-of-way; thence South 448.55 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This parcel containing 2.27 acres, more or less, and being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 5 South, Range 17 West, Pearl River County, Mississippi.

You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed by DEBBIE LANGFORD AND JANICE LOSSETT, Plaintiffs, seeking to confirm and quiet title regarding the above property. You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to Confirm and Quiet Title within thirty (30) days of receipt of this Summons to J. WILLIAM WILLIAMS of WILLIAMS LAW FIRM, PA, attorney for the Plaintiff, at 2409 19th Street, Suite 301, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501. In case of your failure to respond or defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint.
