STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF PEARL RIVER NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE OF LAND WHEREAS, NCH CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, P.O. Box 5082, Spring Hill, FL 34611, (352) 279-0825, executed that certain Deed of Trust to Mark C. Orgler, 12206 Highway 49, Gulfport, MS 39503 (228) 832-8550 for THE CHESTER A. STARON LIVING TRUST, 2251 Topline Way, Brooksville, FL 34604, (352) 476-1361, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is dated November 16, 2021, and which is recorded November 22, 2021, in Deed of Trust Book 2021 at Page 12953 as Instrument Number 20210012953, thereof, in the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi; and; WHEREAS, the said Deed of Trust covers the following described land and property situated in Pearl River County, State of Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot 48, ROUND ROCK SUBDIVISION, Phase Four (4), a subdivision according to the official map or plat thereof and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi, recorded as Plat Slides B-50 and B-51, reference in which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description. WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, THE CHESTER A. STARON LIVING TRUST, having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising sums due thereunder, together with the attorney’s fees and expenses of sale. NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee pursuant to such authority and at the request so made, does hereby give notice that he will sell during the legal hours (between the hours of 11:00 o’clock A.M. and 4:00 o’clock P.M.) on the 2nd day of July, 2026, at the East front door, of the Chancery Courthouse for Pearl River County, Mississippi, 100 S Main Street, City of Poplarville, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the above described land and property. TITLE TO THE ABOVE described land and property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in me as such Trustee. WITNESS MY SIGNATURE, on this the 2nd day of June, 2026.
