TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on the 19th day of November, 2021, DOUGLAS ALLEN DILLARD executed a Land Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of H L & C – POPLARVILLE, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed Trust Book 2022, Page 5925, 4 pages, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and H L & C – POPLARVILLE, LLC, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 15th day of July, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 a.m. o`clock and 4:00 p.m. o`clock, at the East front door of the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 100 S. Main Street, Poplarville, MS 39470, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
