TO:   ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF MARY JO B. FORTENBERRY, DECEDENT, AND WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE PROBATE OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE DECEDENT DATED JANUARY 25, 2018, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by JAMES E. FORTENBERRY, Petitioner, seeking Determination of Heirs of MARY JO B. FORTENBERRY Decedent, and also seeking to probate in solemn form the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, MARY JO B. FORTENBERRY, dated January 25, 2018
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 23rd day of August, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Lamar, 403 Main St. Purvis, Ms. 39475 , and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
