PUBLIC NOTICE

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, on January 14, 2022, Jennifer Sue Furr, Married Woman as Her Sole and Separate Property executed a certain Deed of Trust to Cecil D. McClellan III , Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Planet Home Lending, LLC, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi, on January 20, 2022, in Book 2022, Page 524, as Document Number 2022000524.
WHEREAS, Planet Home Lending, LLC, the current holder and/or assignee, substituted Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C. as Trustee by instrument recorded in the Chancery Clerk’s Office on January 30, 2026 in Book 2026, in Page 963, as Document Number 2026000963; and
WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Planet Home Lending, LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee in said deed of trust, will on September 4, 2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the east front door of Pearl River County Courthouse, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Pearl River County, Mississippi, to wit:
Lot 33, Windance Farm Subdivision, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi, in Plat Slide -174..
More commonly known as: 72 Secretariat Drive, Carriere, MS 39426
I will convey only such title as vested in me as Substituted Trustee.
