TO: JEFF FARMER AND HEIRS-AT-LAW OF EDGAR R. FARMER, JR., DECEDENT, AND WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE PROBATE OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE DECEDENT DATED DECEMBER 4, 2018, 2024, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by ANGEL R. BENNETT, Petitioner, seeking Petition for Authority to Sell Real Property And Authorization Of Sale Of Real Property On Time of EDGAR R. FARMER, JR., Decedent.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 8th day of September, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County, 100 South Main St., Poplarville, Mississippi, 39470, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition.
