TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on the 17th day of February, 2023, JOHN C. KYTLE, executed a Land Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-POPLARVILLE, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Land Deed of Trust was recorded on the 1st day of March, 2023, in Deed Trust Book 2023, Page 2022, 4 pages recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, State of Mississippi.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Land Deed of Trust and HL&C-POPLARVILLE, LLC, the holder of the Note and Land Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 21st day of August, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 a.m. o’clock and 4:00 p.m. o’clock, at the East front door of the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 100 South Main St., in Poplarville, Mississippi 39470, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
10 AC in SE ¼ of SW ¼ of the NW ¼, B 1014 P 429 04/27/2010, Section 33,
Township 1 South, Range 14 West, Parcel No. 114-833-000-00-00-122, PPIN No. 41850
I will convey only such title as vested in me as Trustee.
