RULE 4 (I) SUMMONS

To: UNKNOWN NATURAL FATHER OF THE MINOR CHILD IDENTIFIED IN THE PETITION
You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court in Civil Action No. 26-AD-00022-S, by Jodie Rebekah Beebe and Sarah Elizabeth Unbehagen, Petitioners, seeking adoption of the minor child described in the Petition.
You are summoned to appear and against said Petition at 9:00 A.M., on the 8th day of September, A.D., 2026, in the Lamar County Chancery Court, in Purvis, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
