TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of July, 2019, Joseph W. James, Jr. and Jennifer James executed a Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-BIG BRANCH, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed Trust Book 2019 Page 12292, 6 Pages recorded in the office of the Chancery Court of Pearl River County, State of Mississippi.
