TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF WOLFGANG C. NETSCH, DECEDENT, AND WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE PROBATE OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE DECEDENT DATED JUNE 7, 2024, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by MERLY B. LEE, Petitioner, seeking Determination of Heirs of WOLFGANG C. NETSCH Decedent, and also seeking to probate in solemn form the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, WOLFGANG C. NETSCH, dated June 7, 2024.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 15th day of October, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Forrest County, 651 North Main St, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39401, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
