RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the Mayor and City Council of the City of Picayune, Mississippi, have determined that expenditure within the city will exceed the original budget appropriation; and
WHEREAS the additional appropriation needed is more than ten percent (10%) of the original appropriation, and in accordance with Section 21-35-25 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, shall be published.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PICAYUNE:
Section 1. That the following budget amendments are hereby authorized to be made in the City’s General Fund Custody of Prisoners Other Services Unappropriated Fund Balance:
