WOODS, DECEDENT, DATED NOVEMBER 4, 2003, AND MARY M. WOODS, DECEDENT, DATED NOVEMBER 4, 2003, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by FERMAN LEWIS WOODS AND STEVEN FLOYD WOODS, Petitioner(s), seeking Determination of Heirs of CURTIS F. WOODS AND MARY M. WOODS, Decedent, and also seeking to probate in solemn form the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, CURTIS F. WOODS AND MARY M. WOODS, both dated November 4, 2003.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 10th day of November, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County, 100 South Main St. Poplarville, Ms. 39470 , and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
