You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Jose L. Gutierrez, seeking to confirm and quiet title. Defendants other than you in this action are The Lillie Mae Richardson Living Trust; Pearl River County, Mississippi; Hal Kittrell District Attorney for Pearl River County, Mississippi; Lynn Fitch, Attorney General for the State of Mississippi. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Alexander & Cruse, PLLC, whose address is 1016 Sixth Ave. Suite A, Picayune, MS 39466.
