THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: The unknown heirs at law and any other person or party claiming any legal or equitable interest in and to the Estate of CHRISTOPHER NORWOOD, Deceased, under Mississippi Code Ann. § 91-1-29 (1972).
NOTICE TO DEFENDANT
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by YOLANDA NORWOOD and LULA MAE NORWOOD ECHOLS, Co-Administratrices, seeking Determination of Heirs.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 20th day of October, 2026, in the Lamar County Chancery Courthouse in Purvis, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement will be entered against you for the money or things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
