You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by KRISTINE M. SAVOY, Petitioner, seeking Petition for Appointment of Administrator(rix), Determination of Heirs and for Other Relief of WAYNE J. SAVOR, SR., Decedent.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 19th day of October, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Lamar County,403 Main St, Purvis, Mississippi, 39475, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition.
